There’s a great quote by Calvin Coolidge on prosperity: Prosperity is only an instrument to be used, not a deity to be worshipped.
Prosperity is defined by many as it relates to how much money is, or isn’t, in the bank. There’s a danger there. Yes, money matters. It does. But to me, prosperity is also made up of many other things.
I’m a lucky man. I’m not a wealthy one. But I’m rich in a lot of ways. I am fortunate to have a great family. Parents and a sister that are still with me. A wife that is still with me. And two amazing children. Even though I’m just coming out of my second hip surgery, I was able to have the surgery with great docs watching out for me. I have friends and people that help me explore all the crazy ideas I have in my head. In all these ways, I am prosperous.
