I have an idea - Did you have experiences with horses that shaped the way you live your life? What if you could give those experiences to others through a community that shared their experiences, promoted new experiences and taught the knowledge we received from people along the way?

• Build the foundation - When you build a house you don’t start with the roof, you start with a solid foundation digging deep into the ground and laying stable materials so you can build a reliable foundation. When I was young, I didn’t realize how important the people I met were to how I lived my life. They got me to think about how hard work shapes a person and how important working with an animal is to get a grasp of what others are thinking.

• Share the knowledge - I learned to train a horse by doing it, but I also learned from watching others, talking to others and being around other people who had already done what I was trying to do. From training the horse to owning a farm to how to fix a tractor or buying a different one. All these things built my view in life.

• Are you willing - I’m not special, this was the path most of us took with horses. Subsequently everyone has a story to share, and someone will learn something from each story. Are you willing to share yours?

• The platform - I am building a platform for conversation. A community and podcast for discussions about how you started, why it was important and the resources it took.

• The ask - Will you share your most influential person with me or share your story with me? I want to have a podcast with guests that discuss how they started, who helped them and how they are doing it today in hopes that people who are thinking of getting into horses can use the knowledge to build their own success stories.
